I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and Malecon. My room had a great balcony with an ocean view. The staff were super helpful, and I felt safe with the secured entrance.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Every day felt welcoming, and the location made exploring easy and delightful.

However, the bathroom was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. It's worth considering if you require spacious facilities.

I was disappointed with the misleading representation of the room. The studio did not have a terrace or balcony as stated on the website, and I only had a view of the lobby and courtyard. Also, the lack of daily housekeeping, including changing bedding and towels, was quite frustrating over my nine-night stay.

Great location just off the beach! My room was clean and spacious with a fantastic balcony for sunset views. Plenty of hot water and working A/C made my stay comfortable. Pepe was really helpful each day.

i thought my studio would be a relaxing retreat, but instead, i found a cramped space with noise traveling through the walls like i was in a paper house. when i asked for an upgrade due to these inconveniences, how absurd that i was met with eye rolls. such hospitality! just couldn’t give a good review with treatment like this.

The room was cozy with a king-size bed that gave us restful sleeps. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the sun terrace and the occasional dip in the small pool. Just a heads-up, the bathroom was a bit tight in space, but it didn't take away from our overall stay! 😊
